"Inventory counts kept throwing me off"
I kept running into issues where the stock numbers didn’t match what we actually had on hand. I’d go to check inventory expecting one thing, and then find out the count was way off, which made things frustrating for us

Just a heads up for anyone considering it: the replenishment automation really didn’t work well for us. It kept missing our reorder timing and threw things off more than once. We ended up having to keep checking it manually anyway, which kind of defeats the purpose

Had to reach out to support they replied quicker than I expected. Most of the time it was smooth. There was one point where I had to wait a bit, not a huge deal though. Overall, decent experience.

"Getting set up was frustrating"
The onboarding process took way longer than it should have, and it felt like nobody really knew what was going on. I kept asking for answers but didnt get much clarity, so the whole implementation ended up being a mess.
